This on-line art space was designed by photographic artist, Rossanne Pellegrino, who initially was seeking a way in which emerging artists could showcase their artwork within their own communities as well as in international circles. In the transition from emerging to practicing artists, the question of: how do I get there? is an obstacle that many artists face when trying to realize their dream of carving a profession from their creative abilities. Art should not be exclusive, nor a luxury - it should be open to all, whether you are an active creator of it or a passive appreciator.
